That's that on that. ✨Mental health is not something I take lightly. I thank God every day that I wake up with a sound mind to be able to deal with life; the good and ultimately the bad.
Unfortunately, for most, that is not their reality. No matter we deal, most times, we can not deal with it on our own. We all need a safe zone to deal with the weight we are carrying that won't be detrimental to our physical health more than it is on our mental health. What you carry in your mind eventually shows up physically.
My ultimate reality is one where I can live my life for a living. Tangible assets become just another thing in life that doesn't dictate that way I spend my time either at work, with family, or serving the community. I become so independent from it that it comes to me in such an abundance that I can use it to bless others.
