Work With Daphne
Daphne is a South Florida based blogger who loves the fitness, food, travel, beauty, finance, and tech. A native of South Florida (The Palm Beaches, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami), Daphne attended Florida Atlantic University and completed her college matriculation at Broward College graduating with a Bachelors of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Supervision and Management. Even after 29 years, she still calls South Florida home.
Daphne has held several positions in various industries ranging from nonprofit to retail. Although she excels in administration and operations, her interest in fitness, food, travel, beauty, finance, and tech, has remained at the forefront of what she does because she has always wanted to create a reality she wouldn’t have to escape from. In 2016, she took the plunge to work on her blog while teaching others through her successes and failures.
In her spare time, Daphne loves seeking out new spas and fitness treatments, traveling around the world with her husband Darius, and spending time with family. She also spends time using her personal training experience to create new workouts to share with her audience. When she’s not relaxing or traveling the world, she dedicates her time to church other volunteer organizations in her community that helps the welfare of other women to excel in their respective communities.
