Walking out of the decade of 20s leaving behind my mistakes and into my 30s with my lessons and an even more solid foundation and it’s a humbling feeling. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of the questions that I got the most is “What are you going to do for your 30th?” and my response was “nothing just chill”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I sat down and thought about what I wanted my life goal to be, it has always been to live my life for a living while creating a reality of my own that needs no no escaping. Some of the things that people do to celebrate birthdays, I’m able to do those things on a “regular” day. I am thankful and grateful for that because most people aren’t presented with those opportunities. Are there days when I don’t live up to the fullest potential? Of course, but importantly, I don’t remain there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m entering a season of life where I want to continue living my life and increase what I make for a living doing just that, and continuously enjoying every moment. but also helping others do the same. So if my posts, advice, tips, or product recommendations helps some one create a reality that needs no escaping, I’m happy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s so important to pay close attention to your body and study it. Any little or big thing can throw off what was once “normal” to you. My new “normal”...fighting hormonal acne flare ups.

Thankfully with research I have finally gotten it under control. I’ve learned that it’s not always about the skin products you use but also what goes inside your body.

I do lemon water every other day and I “supercharge” it by adding extra vitamins and minerals. It makes it easier to get them in that way.
